Recording for corporate projects revolves around professionalism. As a temporary extension of the client's workforce, it is paramount to uphold their values and standards. Factors such as presentation, timeliness, and interpersonal skills play a vital role in maintaining a high level of business professionalism. Given that corporate shoots often involve staff members who may not be well-versed in filmmaking, the ability to communicate in a clear and simplified manner fosters inclusivity between the film and business worlds.
Depending on the scale and requirements of the project, my rates and structures for billing can differ considerably. Contact me for a rate card specific to your production.
For corporate projects, I recommend hiring a lav mic for each talent on screen; or if shooting static a boom microphone for each talent. In regards to Client Monitoring, I also recommend having at least 1 additional IFB (Wireless Audio Monitor) available in the case that additional client staff or agency members do show up.
